Acceptance

Submitting an order to Norprint Corp. on-line, electronically, or by telephone and your subsequent acceptance of our Order Confirmation either by signing it or by indicating your approval electronically is a conditional acceptance by Norprint Corp. of your consent to purchase printed products from us and confirms your acceptance of our terms and conditions of sale as set forth below.

Use of Trademarks, Artwork and Designs

You warrant and represent that no part of the artwork and design supplied to Norprint Corp. violates or infringes upon the rights of any person or entity nor is it subject to any restriction or right of any kind or nature whatsoever which would prevent Norprint Corp. from legally reproducing the images or text. You agree to defend, at your sole expense, any claim, suit, or proceeding brought against Norprint Corp. for reproduction of the artwork, trademarks, logo or written information you supply to us which constitutes wrongful use of any copyright, trademark, or other right of any third party.

Norprint Corp. Sample Packages

Norprint Corp. reserves the right to show as samples the printed products produced or sold by Norprint Corp.

Product Consistency

We cannot guarantee that all orders purchased through Norprint Corp. will be 100% consistent in color and material. Minor variations in color consistency, material thickness, and finish are inherent to the production process. By placing your order with Norprint Corp. you agree to accept merchandise with such reasonable manufacturing variations.
 

Copyright Protection

The information on this Website is protected by copyright laws and intellectual property rights. You will need a written authorization from Norprint Corp. to use this information. Partial or total reproduction or diffusion is strictly prohibited (information, text, images, graphics or others) without Norprint Corp. express authorization.

Warranty

Norprint Corp. warrants to the Customer of each product sold by it to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Products which do not conform to their description or which are defective in material or workmanship will, by Norprint Corp. decision, be replaced or repaired, or, at Norprint Corp. option, credit for the original purchase price may be allowed provided that Customer notifies Norprint Corp. in writing of such defect within thirty (30) days of delivery and Customer returns such products in accordance with Norprint Corp. instructions. No products may be returned without Norprint Corp. prior written authorization.

Norprint Corp. makes no other warranty or representation of any kind with respect to the products, either express or implied, including without limitation, that of merchantability or fitness for a particular use. Failure to make any claim in writing, or within the thirty (30) day period set forth above, shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of the products and an admission by the Customer that the products fully comply with all terms, conditions and specifications of the Customer purchase order or accepted Order Confirmation. Norprint Corp. shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, under any circumstances, including, but not limited to, damage or loss resulting from inability to use the products, increased operating costs or loss of sales, or any other damages.

The foregoing constitutes the Customer sole and exclusive remedy and Norprint Corp. sole obligation with respect to products furnished hereunder.
